As a U.S. Air Force disabled veteran, I spent over two decades leading initiatives at the highest levels of the Department of the Navy and Air Force. That experience taught me a simple truth:

A career learner, Mo attended Tuskegee University and Colorado Technical University where he has started a Master’s degree.
Technical and professional certifications are many, most notable from renowned ivy league institutions to include University of Pennsylvania and Brown University where he has received his Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification (Brown University/ACT Leadership)
Throughout his illustrious career, he has been a board member on several national academies, universities, centers of excellence, and K-12 Institutions. He’s the recipient of numerous prestigious awards and recognitions from the U.S Department of the Defense, the City of Philadelphia and most recently he was honored to receive the United States Department of Navy Civilian Service Achievement Medal, 2024.
