’m an executive advisor focused on improving leadership performance in complex environments. I bring more than 25 years of experience across the Department of Defense—including service in the U.S. Air Force and as Technical Director for the Department of the Navy—where I led national workforce initiatives and directed multimillion-dollar investments in cybersecurity, AI, and data science.
Today, I work with leaders and teams to strengthen decision-making, alignment, and execution—particularly in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where performance matters most. My work helps organizations cut through complexity, operate with greater clarity, and deliver results more effectively.
