’m an executive advisor focused on improving leadership performance in complex environments. I bring more than 25 years of experience across the Department of Defense—including service in the U.S. Air Force and as Technical Director for the Department of the Navy—where I led national workforce initiatives and directed multimillion-dollar investments in cybersecurity, AI, and data science.
